Wanted: Foreman for Minnesota Shoreline Restoration Company

You’ve still got both boots above ground, but you’re stuck in the mud. At least your career is. You won’t go back to swinging a hammer all day or shoveling you-know-what, but at this point you also don’t want to start your own company only to do paperwork and estimates all day.
How do you make a good living that makes good use of your skills and experience in the field, without needing to start at the bottom?
By joining our experienced shoreline restoration crew as its working foreman – that’s how. You’ll be in charge of the guys, but you’ll also be one of the guys. Most crews at most jobsites are led by a feller who’s all hardhat and no cowboy. In what we’ve codenamed Operation Steel Cowboy, we’re looking for a worker who takes charge, not just someone who’s “in charge.”

We don’t assume you know much about shorelines, but if you’ve worked as a foreman, we’re pretty sure you have what matters most. As you’d expect, we’ve got some basic requirements and a long list of bonuses or nice-to-haves. But if you’ve BEEN a foreman, you probably check most or all of the boxes. You know generally what you’re in for, and we know what we’re in for.
If you’ve worked as the foreman of a construction, excavation, or landscaping crew, if you live within 20 miles of Forest Lake MN, and if you lead by example, we’re interested in you. If you’re confident you’re Steel Cowboy material, apply below and we’ll get right back to you.
